Grounded, dependable, and detail-oriented, our 15-year veteran HR Generalist and Compliance Specialist, KayB, keeps the foundation solid. From policies to processes to day-to-day employee support, they make sure everything is handled with care, consistency, and a clear understanding of what’s required, including critical compliance reporting such as PCSB submissions, re-accreditation documentation, and other high-stakes HR reporting requirements.

KayB brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to the work, helping leaders stay compliant while also creating an environment where people feel respected and supported.

As our Systems and HR Technology Guru, JD is all about making HR work smarter, not harder. With nearly 10 years of experience in data analytics and system optimization, JD helps turn your HR data into clear, actionable insights. The goal is simple: make things more efficient and more informed so your team can focus on what matters most.
